Experience

  • Minimum one (1) year industry experience within the general contracting field with technical expertise and experience handling tasks, such as:
    • Document control, including (but not limited to), preparation and timely submission of RFI’s, RFC’s, submittals, Payment Applications, Daily Activity Logs, Time Cards, transmittals, etc.
    • Document safety meetings and violations/injuries.
    • Take and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required.
  • Basic office skills (copying, faxing, answering phones, etc.)
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications, such as:
    • Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Ability to understand and utilize data from reports generated through Timberline Accounting software
Education
  • 2-year degree or technical degree/certificate in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Business Management (or related field) OR
  • Relevant experience
