How to Submit Your Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years industry experience within the general contracting field with technical expertise and experience handling tasks, such as:
- Document control, including (but not limited to), preparation and timely submission of RFI’s, RFC’s, submittals, Payment Applications, Field Directives, Daily Activity Logs, Time Cards, Subcontracts & Modifications to Subcontracts, COR’s, transmittals, etc..
- Accurate scheduling of materials and subcontractors.
- Document safety meetings and/or inspections and ability to understand and adhere to strict guidelines in respect to prevention and documentation of possible safety (OSHA) violations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications, such as:
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Primavera Suretrak and P3
- Ability to understand and utilize data from reports generated through Timberline Accounting software
- 2 or 4-year degree or technical degree/certificate in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering (or related field) OR
- Relevant experience
