Important Notice to Bidders:
DJM Construction may require subcontractors to provide 100% payment and performance bonds from a California admitted surety with an AM Best rating of A-VIII or better. The bond form used will be the ConsensusDoc subcontract bond form. DJM is signatory to the Carpenter's collective bargaining agreement; therefore, any trades claimed by them should be bid with union compensation. It is the subcontractor's responsibility to review the owner's general and special conditions prior to bid, as they will be binding. Subcontractors shall be required to execute DJM's subcontract agreement and comply with the owner's specified insurance requirements upon contract award. DJM's listing of a subcontractor at bid time is not to be construed as an acceptance of all of the subcontractor's conditions or exceptions included within the bid.
